we are currently in the middle of a verge large move, we hope to be settled in before the holiday shopping season starts
Payment Methods:

Currently we are accepting the following forms of payment:

  • Check or money orders
  • Payment through PayPal - either using an already existing account, credit card or e-check
Shipping:

  • All Orders Placed in the States:

    Sales up to $9.00:
    (first class - no delivery confirmation - 5-10 days)    		$2.15
    Sales from $9.01-$100.00:$5.95
    Any Orders Above $100:Free Shipping

    Orders Over $9.00 will be shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation* and insurance**
    This option normally will take 2 - 4 days to receive AFTER being shipped.
    Please contact me if you would like your tracking number.

    You can now have the choice of First Class Mail no matter what. But please remember, once it's handed to the mail carrier I have nothing to do with it, so this is a risky way to go.

    For anyone in a rush I can now do UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Ground. This option is not available to anyone with a P.O.Box.

    All prices for special options will show up during checkout.

  • Shipping Schedule:

    All Orders placed before 10pm on Thursday will be shipped Friday afternoon, any orders placed after 10pm will be shipped out the following Friday.

  • Sometimes your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, unless UPS was chosen, due to the fact that I am one person and I do not drive. Please understand this before emailing me about your order.

  • International Orders:

    First-Class Mail ® International: $5.00

    Tracking numbers are not available when using this option; insurance is available upon request for an additional cost (I encourage it).
    If you would like me to ship UPS instead please let me know during checkout. UPS cost an additional $10.

*: We use USPS's Delivery Confirmation service; this is not an actual tracking number. It shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination.

**: All domestic packages mailed with priority mail are now insured for loss or damages. No refunds are given for lost packages until a claim has been filed with the post office and they refund me. On average this takes 1-3 months. USPS will not allow me to file a claim until 30 days after the package was shipped.

Privacy Policy:
  • Just to let you know...

    I don't ever plan on selling or giving away any information you provide us either when you purchase something, when you sign up for our newsletter or any other time you might give us personal info! your information is safe with me!
Returns and Refunds:
  • Returns are only accepted if the item was defective or not exactly as described.
  • There will be no refunds given for lost orders shipped USPS First Class Mail, instead a store credit will be issued.
  • Any order shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority will be given a refund only after a claim has been filed.
Custom Orders:
  • Custom orders can be placed for Juxtapose Necklaces, Juxtapose Collages, Embroidered Pouches/Bags and certain Hand Cast Plastic pieces.
  • I do not take custom orders during the months of June, September, November & December.
  • Custom pieces may take up to 6 weeks to fulfill depending on my workload at the time.
  • All Juxtapose pieces are One of a Kind and CANNOT be duplicated. Any necklace with hand cast plastic pieces are even harder to duplicate since I mix the pigments in very small batches myself.
  • Images for Pouches need to approved before I can agree to make a custom Pouch/Bag. I have the right to turn down any images I don't think my machine or I can handle. Images should not exceed 4"x4".
  • Pieces need to be approved before I can send an invoice.
  • Returns will not be accepted on any custom pieces.
Consignment:
  • If you would like to sell Art School Dropout items in your shop on consignment please contact me with all the details and we can discuss it. I love to see photos of the shop or links to a web store
  • Due to prior agreements and to be polite, I cannot sell in any more shops in the following cities: Philadelphia PA, Milwaukee WI, Somerville MA, Sacramento CA, Portland OR, Olympia WA, Bellingham WA, and the Hampden area of Baltimore MD.
  • Owl Plaques are not available for Consignment or Wholesale at this time.
  • It may take up to 2 months before I can mail anything off to your shop and I do not take new consignment requests for the months of November and December.
  • Consignment is only an option if your shop is located in one of the 50 U.S. States or Canada. If your located elsewhere than wholesale is the only option.
Wholesale:
  • Please note there is a min. amount required to place a wholesale order with us. you can contact me for details and a line sheet. Please choose the Wholesale option when filling out the contact form to receive a quicker reply.
  • All Juxtapose pieces are One of a Kind and CANNOT be duplicated. Any necklace with hand cast plastic pieces are even harder to duplicate since I mix the pigments in very small batches myself. Your order will be fulfilled much faster if you give me a loose list of color combos you would like.
  • Due to prior agreements and to be polite, I cannot sell in any more shops in the following cities:Milwaukee WI, Somerville MA, Sacramento CA, Portland OR, Bellingham WA, and the Hampden area of Baltimore MD.
  • I do not take wholesale orders during the months of June, November & December. first come first serve.
